Maybe you’re not even thinking of listing your home at this point, but you have an interest in rearranging, eliminating items, repainting, freshening up. Giving your home a newer look and something that is sought after when buyers search for a new place is a perfect goal.

I work for free when I meet homeowners that want to strategize a new style. I love to sell houses and work with buyers. What keeps me up at night is my passion styling and staging.

What would we do to your home? Going from something that’s not thought-out to an executed style that reflects your personality and mood you surround your home in.

Let’s use items you have, some things from my inventory. We’ll scrub, paint, drive to the dumpster, and rearrange. The project doesn’t stop and continues until the last pair of high-heeled shoes is placed next to the suit, tie and his shoes.

Buyers want to move into a model home.

Sellers are the flip-side of a buyer. Sellers forget that to make their home desirable (something they would seek out) they have to create that same model home look before selling their home.

It’s a strategy. A sales technique. A sure-fire way to get your house sold. You want that same look. It’s reasonable in today’s market. Competition is high.

What you don’t want is the work and the frustration. I am here to do it for you. I have a team of organizers and decorators.
